I. INVOICING

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

II. PAYMENT TERMS

30 days following the invoice date.

Our invoices are payable in cash without discount.

Any invoice less than €25 will be uplifted by €11 to cover administrative costs.

III. FUEL SURCHARGE

Our prices will be indexed monthly according to changes in the fixed price index of the Professional Road Haulage Union.

IV. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Each dispatch is performed in accordance with our General Terms of Sale and CMR conditions, V. V.INSURANCE

Each delivery is made in accordance with CMR conditions (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road).

Goods insurance is never included in the price of transportation.

V. LOADING – UNLOADING – WAITING TIMES

We allow 15 minutes for loading and unloading.

From the 16th minute onward, a supplement based on €52 per hour will be charged in 15 minute units from the first minute.

For waiting from the 16th minute onward, a supplement based on €32 per hour will be charged in 15 minute units from the first minute

VII. MULTIPLE PRESENTATIONS

Second presentation = an additional dispatch.

The driver returning to the sender is counted as a return journey. A second stop in the province with an express delivery = €30 in a car – €40 in a small van.

VIII. CASH ON DELIVERY

To cash a cheque in Belgium or Luxembourg, a surcharge of €3/dispatch will be charged.

IX. CONTESTATION

In order to be admissible, any objection must be reported in the 8 days following receipt of this document by means of registered letter.

Any invoice not paid within one month of the deadline set for payment, will be uplifted by 15% of the amount outstanding, with a minimum amount of €125, as compensation for damages.

Stallion Express may not under any circumstances be held responsible in the event of error (incorrect address, change of address, refusal to accept, etc.) as a result of lack of information on the part of the client. In this case the goods will be automatically returned to the supplier.

X. Price indexing

Stallion reserves the right to index these rates at any time, based on changes to the fixed price index of the UPTR (Professional Road Haulage Union).

XI. Validity

Our price offers sent to clients are exclusive of tax (excluding VAT and excluding fuel surcharge…).

Our price offers are valid for 2 months.

XII. DISPUTES

Any dispute arising from the application of these terms and conditions or in any way related to them, shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the district courts of Nivelles and shall be governed by Belgian law and the sender acknowledges the irrevocable jurisdiction of these courts.
